Zumba 10 am - Latin bootie blast, a great way to elevate your heart rate, you will sweat so bring a towel, water and athletic attire is appropriate.

Salsa (club style) 3pm - The hot and steamy popular dance of today that you will find at any sizzling club. Learn a variety of patterns and helpful hints.
